The staff were great. They helped us book restaurants. The hotel ensured my son received chocolate and a teddy bear upon arrival. Breakfast had a wonderful quality.

The bathroom seemed dark. It was also small and uncomfortable. The height of the bathtub made showering difficult. Ceilings were low and the shower was hand held.

the location was acceptable as it allowed easy access to local attractions.

the room felt quite cramped, and storage space was rather limited. i had some difficulty managing my luggage and belongings throughout the stay. this lack of space impacted my overall experience negatively.
